Since 2013, Jacob’s Chance has enabled youth and young adults ages 5-35 with intellectual, development and/or physical disabilities the opportunity to enjoy sports and a host of other programs and experiences.
Its Chips 4 A Chance Casino Night Gala affords the Richmond community the chance to enjoy a fun night out while supporting the nonprofit.
“Proceeds from this popular event will support our year-round programs that offer opportunities for individuals with disabilities to experience success in sports and other creative endeavors, make friends and have weekly engagements for recreation,” said Kate Mardigian, executive director and founder of Jacob’s Chance.
The event takes place Oct. 1 from 7-11 p.m. at the Acca Shriners Ballroom (1712 Bellevue Ave. in Richmond). Tickets, which must be purchased by Sept. 23, include casino play with fun money, heavy hors d’oeuvres, open bar, prizes all night, raffle tickets and access to the silent auction.
