The Weinstein JCC will host 7 performances of Cabaret, which opens on Dec. 7. Daring, provocative and exuberantly entertaining, Cabaret explores the dark and heady life of bohemian Berlin as Germany slowly yields to the emerging Third Reich. Originally produced in 1961 with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb, Cabaret won 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Composer/Lyricist.
