Effective facilitation of conversations in the workplace and communities is needed in our region. As our world continues to change, we must grow with it. Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation is a three-part series presented by Jonathan Zur of the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities.

Whether you are new to facilitation or need a refresher, this program will equip you with the tools needed to lead conversations in an inclusive, informative, and effective manner. In this interactive series, you will learn practical tips and have opportunities to apply your skills.

The series occurs on the following Thursdays in October:
Thursday, October 8, 2026 – 11:00-5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 15, 2026 – 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 22, 2026 – 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Registration is $325. You do not need to be an LMR alumnus to participate. To receive a certificate of completion and ensure a comprehensive learning experience, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three session dates.
