In its centennial year of service, Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) is opening an art gallery in Richmond. The gallery features a permanent collection of oil paintings by lifelong Catholic, Richmond native, and social activist, Nora Houston (1883-1942), and paintings, photography, jewelry, and textiles created by clients from foster care, refugee resettlement, senior services, and supportive housing.

A gallery opening celebration will be held on September 15 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at CCC’s headquarters at 1601 Rolling Hills Drive.
