A fun, free, family-friendly festival celebrating the cultural heritage of thousands of immigrants from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries who chose to build their lives in Prince George County. The only cost is for food and drinks (cash or charge). Free parking is available and transportation from parking areas to the festival is available.

Highlights include:

–Authentic music, dance, crafts, costumes and food, including goulash, cabbage rolls, kielbasa, sweets and more!
–Beer and other beverages
–Displays of farm life and agricultural life
–All of the Heritage Center’s galleries will be open for the day
–Performers include the Village Musicians, Czech Singers, Michas Polish Dancers and the Chesterfield Concert Band.
The exhibition Famous Czech- and Slovak-Americans, on loan from the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library, is a feature of the festival.
–Farm animals, vintage tractors and farm equipment, children’s activities and face painting make the festival a family event.
